By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. hydra reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
You must also be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted. You may only hold one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. When you register on hydra, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account. hydra will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. All account activity carried out using your login details will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern in advance. You may update your account details at any time by accessing your profile settings after logging in.
All financial transactions on the hydra platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱) using local payment channels available to Filipino members. Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed through the relevant payment provider, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — using a third party's payment account to fund your hydra account is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

Members may request self-exclusion or account cooling-off periods at any time by contacting the support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from placing bets or accessing gaming content, and this restriction cannot be reversed until the agreed period has elapsed. hydra also reserves the right to impose limits or restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a member may be experiencing difficulties related to problem gambling. Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or to other users. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using automated software or bots to place bets, colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes, and attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or error in the platform's systems. Any member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, and any winnings associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited.
Members must also refrain from using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. Attempting to launder money or use the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. hydra cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will provide any information required in connection with an investigation into suspected illegal activity. Respectful conduct towards other members and platform staff is expected at all times, and any form of harassment or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
hydra reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with identity verification requirements. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm or loss.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts that have been permanently closed due to a breach of these terms will not be eligible for reinstatement, and any associated funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. hydra will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable Philippine regulations.
The hydra platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and while we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical faults, downtime, or errors at all times. hydra will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that arise as a direct or indirect result of platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in processing transactions that are beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, hydra's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. hydra may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform's operations, applicable regulations in the Philippines, or other relevant circumstances. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
